The conference registration opens on January 7, 2019 and will only be possible via the online registration form. Please note that the registration can only be finished successfully by a valid transaction of the conference fee via credit card, instant bank transfer, or Pay Pal payment at the end the online registration procedure. Any other forms of payment are not accepted. This also holds for late registrations during the conference. Please note that bank fees may be incurred. This fee is to be paid by the participant up front.
The conference fee for full delegates and students includes the participation in the technical program including related catering, the opening reception, the conference dinner, a guided tour of Erlangen, public transport in Erlangen during the conference as well as all conference materials.
The fee for accompanying persons covers the opening reception, the conference dinner, a guided tour of Erlangen, and public transport in Erlangen during the conference.
A trip to the World Heritage Site Bamberg on September 1, 2019 including transport by bus and a guided tour of Bamberg can be booked as an option with additional cost during the registration process.
Furthermore, you will be asked to select your preferences regarding the offered workshops and lab tours as well as your participation in sightseeing and social events. For details of the offered options, please visit the program overview.

If a cancellation request is received before June 17, 2019, 100% of the amount paid minus a handling fee of 50 € will be refunded.
If a cancellation request is received before July 26, 2019, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
No refund will be possible after this date.

Alumni of the fellowship and award programs of the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation, who are based abroad and will be presenting a poster at the conference, may contact the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation to apply for a conference allowance for the attendance of specialist conferences in Germany.
